JOIN US IN SUPPORTING AN INTERNATIONAL PROJECT WITH ROOTS IN NORTHERN JUTLAND.
LIFE-BOATS IS AN ARTISTIC INITIATIVE THAT PRESENTS A NEW AND UNIQUE WAY OF SHARING ART—A PROJECT THAT LOOKS FORWARD IN A TRULY UNPRECEDENTED WAY.
ITS SHEER SCALE MAKES IT SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY.

 

he process behind Life-Boats invites people to come together, to unite in a common purpose—to want something together. And here, the Support Association plays a vital role.
The association’s goal is to support the activities of The Self-Governing Institution Life-Boats and to connect interested individuals while building public support for the Life-Boats project.

Now that the boats have been constructed, one of the main tasks of the Support Association is to assist in planning the journeys and recruiting volunteers who would like to take part in the voyages.

The Support Association already has over 200 members, but we hope to gain many more. We envision forming interest groups among members who will help organize various activities in support and promotion of the extraordinary and unique artistic project that Life-Boats truly is.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:

An annual membership costs:
DKK 200 for individuals
DKK 300 for couples/households
DKK 500 for associations, businesses, etc.

The membership is valid for the calendar year in which the payment is made.

It is important for our relevance and impact that we have many members. The Support Association’s finances benefit the Self-Governing Institution Life-Boats, and we use the member base to recruit sailors and volunteers for Life-Boats’ voyages and cultural outreach.

Vi håber at kunne rekruttere rigtig mange interesserede støttemedlemmer, og at der blandt medlemmerne kan etableres interessegrupper, som vil tilrettelægge diverse aktiviteter til støtte og promovering af det helt fantastiske og unikke kunstneriske projekt, som `Life-Boats´ er.
